Delete your Remydo account

Remydo is made by Curloop Technologies LLP.

You can delete your Remydo account and everything in it at any time: from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Remydo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Edit profile.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@remydo.com from the email address you use to sign in to Remydo, with the subject "Delete my Remydo account". We'll delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days and usually much sooner. If you write from a different address, we'll first ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address and sign-in details.
• Your profile details and profile picture.
• All your reminders, to-dos, checklists and notes, and every photo, file and voice note you added.
• Your settings and the feedback messages you sent from the app.
• Lists you shared are removed for the people you shared them with.

What we keep, and for how long

• A minimal note that an account existed and when it was closed. It contains no name, email or content.
• Short technical server logs, which never contain the text of your reminders and have email addresses masked. They are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

In the app you can delete any reminder, to-do or checklist item, clear the optional profile details and remove your profile picture at any time. Deleted items are removed straight away.

Can't do it in the app? Email support@remydo.com from the email address you sign in with and tell us what to delete. We'll delete it and reply to confirm, within 30 days.
